Women in Public Safety Event
Our recruiters will be at the 3rd Annual Women in Public Safety Event on Saturday, March 16 — hosted at the Portland Police Bureau Training Division 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
This event is an opportunity to recognize the dedication, bravery, and achievements of women in public safety while inspiring others in our community. Over 20 metro agencies will be represented.

Public Safety Career Fair
Come meet our Recruiting team at the Public Safety Career Fair, where you'll have the chance to explore first-responder job opportunities in person.
At the Career Fair you can explore a variety of career opportunities in public safety, military and government fields. Whether you're interested in law enforcement, firefighting, emergency medical services, or other public safety professions, this fair has something for everyone interested in careers that make a difference.

Our recruiters will be at Western Oregon University (WOU) for their Criminal Justice Career Day. Attendees get a chance to meet representatives from several agencies while hearing about the past and current experiences of students and alumni of the WOU Criminal Justice Sciences Division. Current Western Oregon students and high school students are welcome to attend.

We’ll be at the 49th-annual Pacific Northwest Sportsmen’s Show, the largest fishing and hunting show west of the Mississippi. The show features more than 800 exhibits, hundreds of new products, more than 120 seminars, and much more.
Trick or Treat Main Street
Our recruiters will be at this trick-or-treating event on historic downtown Main Street in Oregon City.
Happy Valley Farmers Market Halloween Trick-Or-Treat Market
Our recruiting team will be at the Happy Valley Farmers Market Halloween Trick-Or-Treat Market. Visitors can dress up and trick-or-treat from over 100 local vendors, while also enjoying games, treats, face-painting, and music.
Oregon State University All Industries Career & Internship Fair
We’ll be at this OSU-hosted career fair for students looking to connect with employers from throughout the country. This career fair is expected to attract over 900 students from a variety of majors.
Frog Pond Farm Pumpkin Patch
Our recruiters will be at the Frog Pond Farm Pumpkin Patch from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 14.
Estacada Oktoberfest
We’ll have a table at Estacada Oktoberfest, which will include fun activities for children and adults — including polka music, traditional food, a beer garden, pumpkin painting, bike decorating, pie eating, and more.

National Night Out in Happy Valley
We’ll have a booth at Happy Valley Park for National Night Out — a nationwide event that serves to build relationships between residents and promote police-community partnerships. We’ll be there with Clackamas Fire District #1 and a myriad of local organizations promoting community safety. 4th Annual Oregon Trail Brewfest
We’ll have a table at the 4th Annual Oregon Trail Brewfest. Meet our recruiting team while sampling over 30 craft beers and enjoying live music, local food carts, and fun lawn games.
12th Annual First City Celebration
We’ll have a table at the First City Celebration on Main Street in Oregon City. This family-friendly event features live music, local beer and wine, a “kid zone” with games and activities, and a street fair.
Woodburn Premium Outlets
Our recruiting team will set up a booth and answer questions in the main courtyard at Woodburn Premium Outlets from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. K9 Abbie will join us from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., as well!
Oregon City Farmer's Market
We’ll have a table at the Oregon City Farmer’s Market, located at the corner of Beavercreek and Kaen Roads at the Clackamas County Red Soils campus in the heart of Oregon City. The Farmers Market is a showcase for local growers, farmers, ranchers, bakers, artisan food businesses, wineries, distilleries, cideries, breweries, and crafters, and also offers hot food and drinks, live music, and kids’ activities.
Oregon Tradeswomen's Career Fair
Meet members of the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office at the Oregon Tradeswomen’s Annual Career Fair — a FREE, interactive, trades-related career event highlighting apprenticeship and debt-free training options for lucrative careers in the skilled construction trades. It is one of the most exciting and engaging career fairs in our region dedicated to the construction industry!
First Responder Career Fair
Want to learn more about a career at CCSO? The Oregon Army National Guard’s first-annual “First Responder Career Fair” will feature representatives from 25 law-enforcement, fire, and dispatch agencies from across the region — including the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office.
The event is free and open to the public. Attendees must check in with their ID (such as a driver’s license or other state ID) at the front gate at Camp Withycombe.
